KoreanJems provides purchasing and delivery services so that overseas buyers, international students can easily and conveniently shop at Korean shopping malls.
First time user guide
If you are a first-time user, please be sure to read the usage procedures for each service below first.
Purchasing agency service
KoreanJems is a service for purchasing goods in Korean shopping malls. The commission fee for the purchasing agency service is 5% of the total purchase price.
We purchase products on behalf of members who have difficulty registering or making payments at Korean shopping malls, and then receive and safely package the products.
You can purchase from all online shopping malls, including Coupang, Gmarket, Naver Store, and independent shopping malls.
(However, individual transactions, and offline purchases are not supported.)
After signing up, please log in. (Recommended to sign up for KakaoTalk)
You will be notified of the purchase and delivery progress via email and KakaoTalk notifications.
However, some overseas KakaoTalk accounts may not be able to receive notifications.

Once payment is completed, KoreanJems will process your purchase.
Orders paid between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Korean time are usually completed within 30 minutes.
Purchased items usually arrive at the KoreanJems logistics center within 2-3 days.
Once all items arrive, we remove the individual boxes, pack them together, and prepare for shipping.
If you have any special packaging requests, please let us know in advance.
After packaging is complete, the shipping fee payment window will be activated on the order form.
Please select an available shipping company and pay the shipping fee.
Overseas shipping will begin after payment of the shipping fee.
The tracking number will be updated via KakaoTalk, email, and the completed application form.
Shipping agency service
KoreanJems provides a service that allows foreign buyers to safely store goods purchased directly from Korean shopping malls, package them together, and ship them overseas.
A personalized mailbox number and address will be issued when you sign up.
After signing up and logging in, your shipping address will be displayed on the main page of the website.
The four digits in parentheses at the end of the address are your unique mailbox number, which you can use continuously.
Please tell us your four-digit mailbox number through KakaoTalk consultation.
Please make sure that the product you are sending is not an item that cannot be shipped overseas.
❓ Items that cannot be shipped overseas
Domestic parcel delivery time: Usually delivered to the KoreanJems logistics center within 2-3 days.
Shipment arrival and notification time Items
arriving before 1 PM: Notified on the same day
Items arriving after 1 PM: Notified on the morning of the next business day
Free storage period
Free storage is available for 30 days from the arrival date of the first shipment.
While storing, you can collect products purchased from multiple shopping malls and receive them at once.
Please check the order progress and fill out the delivery application form on the website when all the products arrive.
You can fill out the application form even before all shipments arrive, and you can modify it freely before the fare is announced.
The address and product information of the completed application will be used for overseas delivery, so please enter it correctly.
Once all the shipments arrive, fill out the shipping application form and proceed with packaging and payment of the shipping fee.
Remove the individual boxes and pack the products together.

5. Start overseas shipping
After confirming payment of shipping fee, overseas shipping will begin based on the address and product information in the application form you have filled out.
The tracking number will be updated via KakaoTalk, email, and the completed application form.
